Staying inside 90% of the time, wearing a face mask without frequent breaks, (which is bad for your breathing, and blocks oxygen flow, btw) listening to, watching, and reading about COVID-19 all day, is not healthy.
While we need to stay informed about critical world issues, the most important thing that we can do right now is to take care of ourselves.

Along with breathing in that salty air breeze, which will put some freshness back into your lungs, other health benefits of being at the beach include;

Being at the beach, taps into all of your 5 senses, bringing calmness, and removing whatever is weighing you down.
Surrounded by a ton of natural resources
Sand, seashells, algae, rocks, mud, moss, and saltwater, are all-natural healers.

Walk, run, jog-play soccer, catch, frisbee, football, and volleyball, in the sand!

Please Note: The best time to visit most southern beaches, is between October and December, (after hurricane season) and between, January and early May.
Get away, take a breather, and hit the beach, to escape any stress, worry, fear, or anxieties that you may have had, or still have, due to the worldwide pandemic.
