I have only been sick about 2 times in my adult life during winter cold and flu season!
I have worked in the medical field around sick people, only had the flu shot once,…and still, no cold or flu.
What I learned to do at work, while the flu bug tried to creep up on me, is to quickly pump my system with Vitamin C.
One day, as I was tending to a Patient, I felt my throat getting sore and scratchy.
I said out loud, “Ahhhhh no you don't!”
So I went to the juice machine, and drunk a full glass of orange juice. I did this every 1-2 hours for the rest of the day. Symptoms, gone!
But what if my Immune System is lower than yours Tiff? I catch everything!

When I felt a cold coming on that day at work, I drunk OJ every hour. My symptoms were gone by the end of the day.
I killed the bug before it could make residence in my body!

2. Green Tea
