6 Important Things I’m Doing This Week For Optimal Growth and Business Development
My lifestyle business blog Tiffany Tene' is 1 year old! I am learning so much about the business of blogging, branding, marketing, promoting, and all of the tools that I need behind the scenes for my online businesses to thrive.
Changing from one niche online business to incorporating all of my interests, intellectual property, and passions on one website has been one of the best business decisions that I have made.
Most of all, this year for me has been all about personal development which never gets old (because I am always evolving) focus, discipline, and consistency.
Since last year, I have gone from blogging to once a month, to once every two weeks, to once a week. Now I am batching my blogs so that I can start posting at least 3-4 times a week.
Building businesses takes time!
I feel that if you can't see the big picture, then you won't be in it for the long haul.

Attending The Apparel Textile Virtual Trade Show
Every year, the fashion apparel textile sourcing hosts live events for those who are interested in getting in the fashion industry by way of designing, or sourcing products for your online or brick and mortar store.
These free events are held in Miami and Canada!

2. Watch Nick Polizzi's The Healing Secrets of The Amazon Rainforest
I am fascinated with indigenous people, so I am super excited to finally set some time aside to watch this, and also read more of his blog posts.
One day I would like to be hands-on in helping to preserve indigenous rights, culture, and land.
Wanna watch too?
3. Work on Specific Tasks To Scale My Businesses
I have made over $7,400 in my Poshmark Store and Boutique, Tene’s Armoire. This was a side hustle, and an online experiment/obsession that really set the tone and foundation for my new lifestyle and business blog.
In 2021, I would like to scale my resell business by only selling products that have proven to sell faster, and at a higher profit.
Also, I am narrowing down my consulting services, and other e-commerce products.
4. Honing my Affiliate Marketing Strategies
If not for my Poshmark store, I probably would still be sitting on the fence when it came to affiliate marketing.
Because of Poshmark, I have become a selling machine! Having a store before going all-in on this website, has made me unashamed to market, promote, and place banners on my site.
When you use Blogging as a business, you will understand that just like any other business, you will need to advertise, promote, collaborate, and partner with other like-minded businesses, to achieve ultimate success.
When done correctly, it’s a win-win for readers, content creators, and affiliate brands.
I think of my website as a magazine/ store-
All blogger’s websites are online stores of some sort when you really think about it.
5. Create and Schedule Pins for Pinterest
My Pinterest account has tremendously grown in the past 3 months. It’s a huge motivating force for my business and a “silent assassin”. Lol
6. Website Maintenance
I will be updating some links on older blog posts, and adding new pictures on the site.
I'm going to go with the flow of my analytics! I will continue to write, share, and learn.
What will you be up to this week?
